In 2023 we are only offering private group trips from Geelong. It’s the easiest, fastest and most stress free way to get to the snow. Our luxurious Mercedes bus can get you there in comfort. Go hard all day and leave the drive home to us. We’ll be one of the first buses to arrive and the last to leave. Get the most out of your day.
Costs
Bus (day-trip): $200 Adult, $180 Kids
Multi-day trip: $300 Adults, $250 Kids
Includes
All transport to and from, pickup door to door/to the ski resort & mountain entry costs/permit/parking fees (10max/8min).
Lift tickets
1 day: $132 to $214 Adult (depending on the day & month) >>see Buller Lifts

Tips
Book well in advance. Do you need a lesson, if yes then it’s best to select a (10am) Lift & lesson package. For beginners there’s a Discovery Pass/First Timer Lift & Lesson package (it’s cheaper, but only includes access to beginner lifts: from$179each/1day). Or Teens (15-18): $146. We’ll stop at the ski hire in Mansfield on the way for all your hire needs.
What you need
- Base layer; thermals (ideal)
- Mid layers; jumper & vest
- Outer shell;*Ski/rain jacket & pants(waterproof)
- Ski gloves
- Goggles/sunnies
- Ski helmet* or beanie
- $ for food
- Bag (for all this, snacks etc)
- Water bottle

TIP: I also recommend having some spare clothes back on the bus in case your cold or to get changed into at the end of the day if your ski clothes get wet.
Payments
The bus/transport cost needs to be paid to GAS upfront when booking your seat. Please call us to book and pay with a credit card, or email me to send you our Bank Transfer details or a PayPal invoice (which ever you prefer).
For student discounts for lift & lessons please make sure you have your student ID card.
Pickup/drop off location
We’ll negotiate a meeting place for your group or a central location to all parties.

Itinerary
These are rough estimates, times may vary.
- 3:30am pick up
- 3:40am leave
- 6:40am Arrive at Mansfield (1hr for breakfast & ski hire pickup)
- 7:40am leave Mansfeild
- 8:30am Arrive at Mt Buller
- 10am Ski lessons (if required)
- 5pm Leave Mt Buller
- 5:45pm Mansfield (drop skis-10mins +30mins for dinner)
- 6:30pm leave Mansfield
- 8:15pm Wallan (toilet/coffee stop-15mins)
- 9:30-10pm arrive in Geelong (1hr15min from Wallan)
