Not Sure Which Group Is Right For You?

We'll help you find the best fit.

Some participants join a group straight away, while others begin with individual supports before transitioning into a group environment. Together, we'll explore your interests, goals and support needs to find an option that feels right for you.

The GAS Difference

At GAS, we believe people grow through experiences that are engaging, meaningful and connected to everyday life.

Research shows that time spent in natural environments can support physical health, emotional wellbeing, social connection and resilience, while experiential learning helps people develop skills that are more easily applied beyond the activity itself.

By combining adventure, nature and personalized support, GAS creates opportunities for participants to build functional capacity while working towards goals that matter to them.
