Physical activity and time in nature provides a range of physical and mental health benefits, while adventure brings people together as they share fun experiences and learn from new challenges. Outdoor adventure activities are run by qualified GAS staff in a range of natural environments. Participants will determine the focus of the session – skill development, relaxation, socialization, connection with nature, fitness, personal challenge etc. Participants may choose to do a single session or multiple sessions on a regular basis.
Sessions include: short walks, site seeing, picnic or BBQ lunch.
Optional activities: cycling, orienteering, rock climbing, mountain bike riding & abseiling.
Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm (4-6 hours) weekly
